O delegado Ant\u00f4nio Bandeira, da 16\u00aa Delegacia de S\u00e3o Miguel do Tocantins, comentou que o homem vivia no estado de forma tranquila. “Mesmo sabendo que era investigado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil do Maranh\u00e3o, foi at\u00e9 a delegacia, mas acabou preso e conduzido ao c\u00e1rcere com base na ordem judicial que estava em aberto”, disse.<\/p>\n
O homem, que n\u00e3o teve a identidade divulgada, foi levado para a Cadeia P\u00fablica de Araguatins, onde ficar\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. Segundo a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP) do Tocantins, ele ser\u00e1 transferido para Montes Altos.<\/p>\n
Para o delegado Ant\u00f4nio Bandeira, a pris\u00e3o realizada \u00e9 de grande valia, uma vez que trata-se de um foragido da Justi\u00e7a e que estava vivendo no Tocantins, tocando sua vida de forma tranquila. \u201cMais uma a\u00e7\u00e3o positiva realizada pela equipe de policiais civis da 16\u00aa DP e que resultou na pris\u00e3o desse indiv\u00edduo, que mesmo sabendo que era investigado pela PC do Maranh\u00e3o, foi at\u00e9 a Delegacia, mas acabou preso e conduzido ao c\u00e1rcere com base na ordem judicial que estava em aberto\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n
Um outro caso semelhante ocorreu no in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas, no Maranh\u00e3o. Um homem foi ao Plant\u00e3o Central da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Imperatriz para registrar uma den\u00fancia e acabou sendo preso por por quatro mandados de pris\u00e3o em aberto na cidade de Floriano, no estado do Piau\u00ed. Segundo a pol\u00edcia, o homem chegou \u00e0 delegacia pedindo ajuda e informou que algumas pessoas o estavam perseguindo e queriam mat\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n
No momento em que ele relatava o ocorrido, um carro branco passou em frente \u00e0 delegacia, e ele informou que os ocupantes do ve\u00edculo queriam mat\u00e1-lo. Nesse momento, os policiais perguntaram se ele j\u00e1 havia\u00a0 sido preso e ele informou que sim, por furto e roubo. Com isso, os policiais fizeram uma busca no sistema e encontraram os quatro mandados em aberto.<\/p>\n
